Your appointments are very important to our Stylists, and are reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
We will require your credit card number for any long appointment such as Permanent-Straightening, Bleach Color and when we feel it's necessary. This is to secure your appointment.
In the future, all the chemical services will require a credit card.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No-shows, same day cancellation/rescheduling, or unable to finish the process due to the customer's late arrival will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 24-hour period that need to be cancelled, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Multiple services or combos not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Confirmation calls are a courtesy, and we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
We do not offer refunds on all of our services.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 10 days and we will try our best to fix the situation.
In case a correction appointment needs to occur, it would have to be within 14 days from your original appointment and thereafter we may have to charge additional fees.
